Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using PMO-Pro. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and TechSentials, Inc. ("TechSentials," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the VirtualTalent PMO-Pro web application (the "Service") at pmo-pro.vt4b.com.

By logging in, uploading a document, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Service

PMO-Pro is an AI-assisted project management tool that helps teams generate professional PM artifacts quickly. The Service allows you to:

Type natural-language questions or prompts about project management topics.
Upload project documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX) for AI-assisted analysis and artifact generation.
Receive AI-generated outputs such as risk registers, WBS structures, project schedules, status reports, and other PM deliverables.
Download generated artifacts as .doc files.
Organize work into persistent project buckets saved in your browser.

AI responses are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Project data and conversation history are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not retained on TechSentials servers beyond what is required to generate your AI response.

Access and Accounts

Access to PMO-Pro is granted through a shared password provided to your organization or team as part of your subscription. This password is licensed for use by the subscribing organization and its authorized team members only.

        Important: The shared access password is confidential and intended solely for your authorized team. You may not share, redistribute, publish, sell, or transfer the password to any third party outside your licensed organization.
      

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your team's access credentials. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at hello@vt4b.com.

Permitted Use

You may use PMO-Pro to generate, review, and refine project management artifacts for legitimate professional purposes; upload your own project documents for AI-assisted analysis; download and use generated outputs within your own projects and presentations; and explore PM methodologies and best practices via the AI assistant.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercialize access or any shared credentials.
Upload documents containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or that violates third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or exploit the Service's underlying systems or APIs.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control features.
Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Service in ways not intended for human users.
Transmit malware or code designed to disrupt or damage the Service.
Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm any person or organization.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All outputs produced by PMO-Pro — risk registers, schedules, WBS structures, status reports, and other artifacts — are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and planning purposes only.

        AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific project context. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and applying professional judgment before relying on any output. PMO-Pro is a productivity and drafting aid — it does not replace the expertise, accountability, or judgment of a qualified project manager.
      

TechSentials makes no warranty that outputs will be error-free or fit for any specific purpose. Final decisions about scope, budget, risk, and schedule remain entirely your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

Platform ownership: The PMO-Pro application, its design, code, branding, and all TechSentials-created content are owned by TechSentials, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of TechSentials' intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described.

Your content: You retain full ownership of documents you upload. You grant TechSentials a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded content solely for generating your requested AI outputs.

Generated outputs: Artifacts generated in response to your prompts are provided to you for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute them within your own projects and organization.

Subscription and Payment

Access to PMO-Pro requires an active subscription. The current rate is $99 per month per licensed team or organization. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Payments will be processed through Stripe (integration forthcoming). Until Stripe billing is active, subscription arrangements are handled directly — contact hello@vt4b.com for billing inquiries.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.

Data and Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for a full explanation of what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Project data and conversation history are stored in your browser's localStorage and are not retained on our servers. Documents you upload are sent to the Anthropic API solely to generate your requested outputs.

By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechSentials, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, data loss due to browser storage limitations, decisions made based on Service outputs, or interruptions to Service availability.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid TechSentials in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechSentials, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; content you upload, including any claim it infringes third-party rights; your violation of any applicable law; or misuse of shared access credentials by your organization.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To cancel your subscription, contact hello@vt4b.com or manage billing through the Stripe portal once active.

TechSentials reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay applicable fees, or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the federal or local courts located in Washington, DC, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where feasible, provide notice via the Service or email. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
