Welcome to VirtualTalent PMO-Pro ("PMO-Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of TechSentials, Inc., based in the Washington, DC area. PMO-Pro is an AI-assisted project management tool that helps project managers and teams generate professional PM artifacts — risk registers, work breakdown structures, schedules, status reports, and more — through a conversational interface.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain English because we believe you deserve to understand what happens with your data. By using PMO-Pro you agree to the practices described here. Questions? hello@vt4b.com.
2. Information We Collect
Lead capture form (email address)
If you submit our interest/waitlist form, we collect your email and any details you include. This is powered by Formspree and delivered directly to TechSentials. We do not add you to third-party lists without your consent.
Project content you enter in the tool
When you use PMO-Pro, you type questions or upload project documents. This content is sent to the Anthropic API to generate your AI response. TechSentials does not store this content on our servers.
No account data
PMO-Pro does not require you to create an account. Access is via a shared application password. We do not collect names, billing information, or profile data at this time.
Basic server logs
Our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) records standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages, timestamps) for security monitoring only.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Email addresses from the lead form are used solely to respond to your inquiry or send updates you requested.
- Project content is transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate your AI responses only. We do not use it to train models or build profiles.
- Access logs are reviewed only for security incidents or operational issues.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. Data Storage
localStorage to save projects, sessions, and conversation history on your own device. TechSentials does not have a database of your conversations and cannot read, export, or delete them on your behalf.
- Your data stays on the device and browser you used. Clearing browser storage will remove it.
- No one at TechSentials can access or recover your saved projects.
- To delete your session history, clear localStorage for pmo-pro.vt4b.com via your browser's developer tools or privacy settings.
The only information TechSentials stores on our servers is email addresses submitted through the lead capture form.
5. AI Processing (Anthropic)
PMO-Pro uses the Anthropic API (Claude) to process your prompts and documents. When you submit a question or upload a file, its contents are transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing and the response is returned to you.
Do not submit documents containing sensitive personal data (SSNs, medical records, financial account numbers) that you would not be comfortable transmitting to a third-party API.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
PMO-Pro uses browser localStorage — not traditional cookies — to save your work sessions on your device. localStorage data does not leave your browser.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and give you notice.
7. Third-Party Services

8. Data Security
PMO-Pro is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Data transmitted between your browser and our servers — including prompts to the Anthropic API — is encrypted in transit.
Because conversation data lives in your browser's localStorage, its security depends partly on your own device. We recommend: using PMO-Pro only on devices you control and trust; keeping your browser and OS up to date; and avoiding use on shared or public computers if your content is confidential.

9. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of any personal information (such as your email) we hold.
- Deletion: Email hello@vt4b.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" to remove your email from our records.
- Correction: If information we hold is inaccurate, let us know and we will fix it.
- Opt-out of communications: Ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
Conversation data in localStorage is entirely in your hands — we never had access to it. We will respond to any privacy request within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
PMO-Pro is a professional tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, contact hello@vt4b.com and we will promptly delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date. For significant changes (such as introducing account registration or new data practices), we will post a notice on the site. Continued use after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
